I was purchasing an investment property for the first time as a foreign buyer. Kathleen helped us with the purchase of a Whistler condo and we would highly recommend her. She has great communication and was very personable. She had a great understanding of the market and was able to help us navigate and negotiate a price. After the completion, she was also very helpful with local recommondations to help get the unit up and running. 5 stars!
