Dr. Moe and her office staff are impossible to get ahold of even though I have an urgent need for a referral. I have to make an appointment in order for talk to anyone since they do not respond on northshore connect. Even though I made a virtual appointment and talked to Dr. Moe while she “made the referral” the referral is no where to be found according to the medical group and my insurance group. Absolutelly useless. But at some point this woman might kill someone. Right when she walked in she told me she's not doing any bloodwork as it's not a physical and she does blood work only once a year for a physical. This should have been a red flag right away, because you ignore whatever might be happening to you patient and deny him access to healthcare before even starting the consultation, despite him paying for this.
