The worst experience with a visit I've ever had. I've been to her n the past and was not impressed, but she's been fine. This visit was terrible. She stared at the computer the entire time which is sadly normal these days, but she asked me what I wanted rather than using her medical knowledge. "Do you want this or that screening" How about you tell me what is recommended. I told her I had pain in my foot and her answer was "try walking on the other side of the street". What? Dr. Moe is the best doctor I have ever met. After seeing many doctors before, I feel so grateful to have finally found someone who truly cares and listens. She makes me feel comfortable and supported, and I trust her completely. Highly recommend.❤️
Dr. Moe has been my family doctor for many years. I rarely have to wait long to see her, which I really appreciate. She is attentive and patient, always taking the time to listen to my concerns. She explains everything clearly and makes each visit feel comfortable and efficient. Overall, it’s always a positive experience.
Dr. Moe and her office staff are impossible to get ahold of even though I have an urgent need for a referral. I have to make an appointment in order for talk to anyone since they do not respond on northshore connect. Even though I made a virtual appointment and talked to Dr. Moe while she “made the referral” the referral is no where to be found according to the medical group and my insurance group. All I need is a referral for durable medical equipment I don’t even care where I go at this point I am just trying to avoid surg... read more
