Dr. Michaud was great with my husband and me! We recommend her to everyone who is having marital issues. I genuinely believe that without her help, and especially the imago technique she taught us, we wouldn’t still be married today.
She set up the appointment for my daughter and then asked me to fill out her online forms prior to our arrival. One of the forms required that I provide her with a copy of my credit card in case we failed to show up at an appointment so she can charge us a fee. I told her I was uncomfortable with that and she replied that I should go see someone else then. Maybe if she provided competent service to her clients, she wouldn’t need to worry too much about them not showing up for appointments.
