Outstanding nurse practitioner! My family and I have been patients of Kathleen for over a decade and have tremendous respect for her professionalism and concern. Her appointment availability is usually within the same day or next business day. She does a great job with her explanations with regard to diagnosis as well as health maintenance.
While likely technically competent, this is one ANGRY woman whose confidence FAR exceeds the skill she demonstrates. She chooses not to listen, asking questions about health matters just discussed, while she seeks information in the patient record-invalidating the patient's assessment/articulation of their physical condition in the present. A patient is made fully aware of how valuable her time is, as they are cut off mid sentence without the opportunity to answer what was just asked.
