I feel like Dr. Thomas didn't care about my health at all what so ever. She brushed off all my symptoms and would just refer me to different places so she didn't have to do her job. My last appt she said she would do blood work and if it came back normal she was releasing me.. as in she didn't want to see me any more! Like none of my health issues that I was complaining about were of any concern. Not impressed! Many on here state she she is compassionate but I think NOT. When I ask questions and for advice, I get to grab a brochure on the way out and “go on the arthritis website for info.” I am treated just as a paycheck by her. I Have Psoriatic Arthritis and do cimzia injections that have to be done on a same time basis every month and when it was time for them to do my annual review verification, they took weeks to okay my shots which put me way past the time slot to do my shots. Dr Thomas is friendly, has a welcoming environment, and a kind staff. Dr Thomas takes time to explain the disease and its challenges while determining the best treatment. Dr Thomas listens and works to understand patients concerns. My condition has improved and I am glad I was directed to her!
Dr. Thomas is a great listener and cares about your situation. The staff is also very nice as well. Since starting with her my ability to work and in general do everything in life has become almost completely painless. Thank you very much Dr. Thomas and your staff🙂
