I recommend Dr. Rice highly. She is excellent. She is easy to talk to but most importantly she listens.Very considerate of her patients and does not rush you through the appointment time like some physicians. She cares about her patients. She has been my Dr. for eleven years.
My Mom had reaction to new meds. They would not return my calls for advice. I am seeking help elsewhere.
Very pleased with Dr. Rice. Nursing staff is adequate. I must give rather low marks for office staff and messaging system, however. Telephones are literally NEVER answered, you must leave a message 100% of the time, and typically have to make several calls to get even one message returned.
Dr. Rice herself is quite good in my opinion, though at times with a narrow agenda not addressing some possible ailments, while being a bit preoccupied with others. Easy to talk with. Stays on top of things like prescription needs, etc. Overall, the 4 of 5 star rating I show here says it. Too bad I cannot give a high mark for office staff who generally neither answer phones (no matter how long you are on hold) nor return phone calls.
She sees my son very often for ADHD. She is kind professional, courteous and patient. She allows him to talk and be a bit rambunctious while at the same time conduct her exam. She also sees his twin brother and older sister. But I am most impressed with her ability to handle young children.
