I had an 8:15 AM appointment with Kathleen and was still not seen by her at 8:40am. This is completely unprofessional and disrespectful to patients that trust her with gynecological needs. I was completely disregarded by her, and I chose to leave. Yazmin at the front desk was GREAT and was the only reason that I even considered rescheduling my appointment.
