I went to see this doctor because I have issues with nosebleeds. My first two appointments with her were alright but the most recent appointment that I scheduled with Doctor Kelly, I stated that the nosebleeds were occurring again and I was having trouble breathing now. Doctor Kelly expressed no concern/care and gave no useful advice to me to prevent the nosebleeds (as they occur almost everyday for me). If you're looking for a doctor who is affable and cares about their patients, look for someone else...
Dr Kelly was quite personable and took the time to explain things so I could understand. She was gentle and kind when she saw that I was nervous and afraid I would experience pain during my sinus exam. I felt very comfortable with her.
