My 91 year old mother got blood work and had a visit with Dr Hoey on Aug 28.. the doctor was supposed to renew her prescriptions on that date.. Apparently , she did not.. I called the pharmacy to pick up mom’s pills on Sept 7th ..They advised the doctor did not call in the pills and the pharmacy reached out to the doctor but did not hear back .. I wish I could rate 0 stars. Absolutely horrible office and office staff. My gf made an appointment in October 2023. The day before her appointment the office called her and told her that the appointment she made well over a YEAR ago was made “by mistake” and that they had to cancel. Really sounds like “doctor” Hoey is lazy and didn’t want the extra patients. My gf isnt one to argue with ppl so she let It go and asked “what should I do now” and they said “I don’t know what to tell you” and recommended and appointment a year ... read more
Dr. Kathleen Hoey seems nice. However, it's usually a hassle trying to get in touch with her to go over test results or to get a soon appointment. It frustrating because I have been calling and leaving messages with the front desk for the past TWO days now to go over my test results, and still no call back! Additionally, she's usually booked for weeks or months out which makes it hard to get an appointment.
I give Dr. Hoey 5 starts she is an excellent Doctor ! However, her office staff and the office supervisor Bell are horrific. The office staff charged me my co pay twice after I had showed them the first transaction had been taken out of my bank account. Because their system froze they told me they had to charge me again. Okay fine, they told me to call the office back in 3-5 days if my account was not credited back the second charge. I call back after 7 days and Bell proceeds to give me the BIGGEST attitude. Non responsive .. I left 4 messages starting at 10am with the last call at 5pm to go over my test results. Haven’t heard back yet.office told me she left for the day. Not happy!
