"DO" (not MD) should have been reason enough to stay away, but because all my physicians are associated with Cooper and she had the first appointment available, I agreed to see Heintz. I was kept waiting for 90 minutes. Ninety. Not in the waiting room, mind you. The exam room. I came outside and spoke to someone in reception and explained to them that I needed to get my son off of the bus at a certain time, and I'd need to reschedule the appt if the "doctor" was much longer.
