I don’t know if I have the right words to describe Dr. Shide’s care during the scariest time of my life. You forget She’s a doctor bc she becomes like a sister. She hears my fears and lets me talk through them. She’s a great listener, extremely knowledgeable and gives me the answers without rushing. I love this doctor and she was the bright spot in a sea of fear and confusion. Her nurse is the kindest, sweetest person too, so that’s a bonus. Don’t hesitate to choose Dr. Shide if given the chance♥️
I pray that no one ever needs an oncologist but if you do Dr. Shide’s office is the absolute best! Her staff is so amazing and cheerful and all have a generous amount of compassion. Dr. Shide is so personable, professional, caring and an expert in her field. Every aspect of my cancer journey at Texas Oncology was top notch. They truly do care. I highly recommend Dr. Shide. I cannot speak highly enough about Dr Shide. She took care of me during a scary time and was always positive and enthusiastic. She’s extremely precise and wants to get your treatment right. She treated me as a whole person and not just her patient. She is the BEST! Her staff is also amazing.
Dr Shide is INCREDIBLE! She made a scary time so easy. She is so sweet, caring and reassuring. She's your cheerleader and gives a hug when needed! So happy she was my doctor through radiation! I recommend her fully!! Her nurse Rene is wonderful as is all her staff. Everyone in her office is caring and compassionate!
