Dr. Kennedy is a great doctor & gave my husband & I hope for the duration of his life, but on death certificate she put died of prostate cancer, & he died of heart attack at Lompoc medical Center on April 8, trying to get her to amend death certificate is the most trying job, she refuses to amend yet vital records said it a simple process, why this is happening that I have to keep fighting for the adds of hypertension, diabetes, annuerseyum is just heart breaking & frustrating, life should not have to be this difficult & my ... read more
