Dr.Gallagher and her team have transformed my life. I had a deviated septum a good part of my life. I got the surgery to fix it a month ago. I can breath through my nose for the first time since I was a child. Every facade of my life is starting to change because I can breath now. She is the BEST!!!!
Dr. Gallagher is a great doctor. Very friendly and professional. Only problem I have with my visits is the wait time. They are never on time and if you're late for your appointment, they will treat you as a walk in.
We cannot say enough great things about Dr. Gallagher. She is incredibly patient, explains what she's doing and why/how she's doing it and in language anyone can understand, has amazing bedside manner, is very thorough. My father, who is pretty hesitant to see any physician, actually requests her to see her for his ENT needs.
I had a wonderful experience with dr. Gallagher and her staff. She is delightful and gave me the best outcome compared with the other doctors I visited. I do want to mention that one doctor said that I would have a permanent hole between my mouth and sinus . And that I would have to wear a retainer to plug the hole. Crazy I thought! Update: Increased my review stars. Dr. Gallagher was lovely when I finally got in. She took her time in removing stitches, and she made sure I was as comfortable in my recovery as possible before I left the office. She was polite and patient with my questions. Most importantly she acknowledged the wait time without prompt & apologised. ---- I had an appointment w Dr. Gallagher at 9:30am today.
