I cannot express highly enough the compassion, knowledge & kindness Dr Glaspy & staff have provided to me. One example: Last year when I took my mom in for her appointment, Dr. Glaspy could see immediately how unwell I looked. She first directed her attention to me even though it was my mom seeing her. Dr Glasby and her assistants alway meet my medical needs with care. I’m not just a number she is truly a caring physician.
Beyond unprofessional front office. Maria in front office called me 30 minutes before my appointment, confirmed everything and took my copay for virtual appointment with Dr. Glaspy. Said everything was all good and someone would call me right at my appointment time. I got another call from her 15 minutes before my appointment saying there was a mistake that I could not see the dr because I wasn’t a pre existing patient even though when I made the appointment a month prior they confirmed that would be ok due to other reasons.... read more
