Katy is the best massage therapist! I have known her for 10+ years and she gives the most relaxing and therapeutic massages. A really smooth but firm touch. I feel so much better after I see her. Thank you Katy!
Needed some knots rubbed out of my shoulders/neck and Katy knew exactly what to do. The pain is gone. Very clean shop and great atmosphere. Thank you Katy for being there and having the knowledge and ability to relieve my pain.
Kathleen is a very gift therapist! She cares deeply for her clients and is able to use a variety of modalities to help them heal.
If you like a DEEP massage (and I do), Katy is THE ONE. I really needed deep tissue work and she is not afraid to get down in there to work the "kinks" out. Katy is also very good at listening, as well as sensing, when she needs to let up a bit. I've been very pleased with the results after only seeing her for a few visits. I'll definitely be going back!
The way I see massage therapy is that it can be for two reasons: one to help, somebody relax, and two, to help someone heal. Helping someone relax, is not extremely difficult and is common among many therapists, but having the knowledge, know how, and technique to help someone heal from their physical ailments extends more to someone being gifted.
