Excellent primary care physician who is well educated and trained. She is personable and empathetic, involves me in the care, gently persistent in steering my decisions to the best possible outcomes. Really could not ask for a better physician for primary care.
Happy with my experience with Dr Chak; Very thorough and empathetic. I’m sad to leave but Morro Bay to her clinic in Pismo Beach is getting much harder to traverse with increasing mobility issues; not to mention worsening traffic on the 101.
Kind compassionate and patient. Very smart.
