I went back and forth on a lower review and a higher review. For the most part Dr.Carpio is a generally a nice doctor, who I think does care when it comes to basic stuff you sick shell give you antibiotics if needed, blood pressure shell help refills on basic medications she will refill and if something is needed when dealing with basic conditions hypertension shell help. Doctor Carpio is very nice she listens to your problems and she really cares for her patients and the staff picks up the phone and talks to you and remembers who you are I am very happy I found her after my doctor retired
Unprofessional, set up an initial appointment, 3 months out. Came for the appointment only to find out it had been cancelled three weeks prior, no phone call email or text. Don’t waste your time here.
