Kathleen is a phenominal realtor!! I would highly recommend Kathleen to manage your home buying experience. She was very patient with us, as we looked at many houses for more than a year, and were very picky about what we were looking for. We found "the house", and then there was a glitch with the Title on the seller's side; which created much more work on Kathleen's part. There are no words to describe how amazing it was to work with Kathleen! She sold our house on day 1 at the Open House - done, perfect, smooth and simple. We were all prepared due to all the guidance she had provided on prepping the house for a simple sale, eliminating all the stress. We had a very hard time finding the right place to buy however, and she stuck with us through lots of viewings and open houses until SHE found us the perfect home and we are so thankful!
