While I found the doctor very pleasant, there was a nurse who walked into the room during my procedure. She had nothing to do with my visit so I’m not sure why she even thought it was ok to come into the room. My service dog was sitting next to me and as she began reaching into a cabinet behind me, she saw him and was apparently startled by my service dog- she then screamed- literally SCREAMED out of nowhere- so of course my service dog then barked at her, as he was reacting to a random person who came into a dark procedure ... read more
