I love Dr. Griffin and the staff is always friendly and professional. My concerns are always addressed and I feel well taken care of.
I just had the absolute WORST experience here after being a loyal customer for 4 sessions of tattoo removal. I’ve been paying $150 every single time for a tattoo that isn’t even an inch big, and by my 5th session, I expected to be treated fairly maybe even offered a discount since I only need a couple more quick, tiny touch-ups. Instead, I was told that because my “last visit was two years ago” (it was 2023, not exactly a lifetime ago), the price would now be $400 for the exact same service.
