I just took my 5 month old puppy to Kathleen Animal hospital for a Bordetella vaccine. The receptionist was beyond rude. Called me a biddy bc she said I jerked my credit card back form her! That is not the case. My dog was pulling me, so it possibly could have looked that way. She then proceeded to tell me she could be a biddy too! What does that even mean?! We don't have a regular ver for our indoor cat. He became very sick and this was the only place willing to listen to me, talk to the doctor and make a suggestion of the emergency vet office. Once there we discovered they wanted basically the price of a used car for something they couldn't promise would save him. I call Kathleen Animal Hospital back and they told me to bring our guy to them right away and have charged a fraction of the cost, keeping us from having to say goodbye to our fur baby suddenly. I have a 19 yr old Cat that was seen by Dr. Stansberry (great doctor) called back in to let the doctor know that the shot didn’t work so he prescribed medication. I was informed by Gail (great help) that she would not be in on Saturday the 16th that someone else would be ordering the medicine for me.
