I just took my 5 month old puppy to Kathleen Animal hospital for a Bordetella vaccine. The receptionist was beyond rude. Called me a biddy bc she said I jerked my credit card back form her! That is not the case. My dog was pulling me, so it possibly could have looked that way. She then proceeded to tell me she could be a biddy too! What does that even mean?! Great Animal clinic. Always there when you need them. Great doctors and staff
We don't have a regular ver for our indoor cat. He became very sick and this was the only place willing to listen to me, talk to the doctor and make a suggestion of the emergency vet office. Once there we discovered they wanted basically the price of a used car for something they couldn't promise would save him. I call Kathleen Animal Hospital back and they told me to bring our guy to them right away and have charged a fraction of the cost, keeping us from having to say goodbye to our fur baby suddenly. I have a 19 yr old Cat that was seen by Dr. Stansberry (great doctor) called back in to let the doctor know that the shot didn’t work so he prescribed medication. I was informed by Gail (great help) that she would not be in on Saturday the 16th that someone else would be ordering the medicine for me. THEY WILL KILL YOUR PET Take your precious pet there at great risk. I took my little 3-month old kitten there for a simple operation on a tail injury. She is now dead - died in surgery. The vet is very young and obviously VERY inexperienced. He tried to make up a story about his heroic effort to save her, but it was equally obvious that he was squirming and uncomfortable with his story. Bottom line - if you want your pet alive - DO NOT TAKE THEM TO THIS PLACE. I am considering legal action against the clinic. They did a comp... read more

Think twice before going Friday 10/18/13 I took my min. schnauzer to the vet because the cyst on his leg started swelling and looked about to break open. (On a previous visit the vet said that it was a fatty cyst and if it wasn't bothering him not to worry about it.) I requested that the vet remove the cyst. He refused and instead gave me a referal to an oncologyst because my sweet baby had cancer - he was completely certain in his diagnosis.
