Our 18 year old daughter went here for an appointment. We never received a invoice only a statement. We mailed a check for the amount due. Check was never cashed. We never received a call a letter or anything from her office saying that they did not receive payment until we got a bill from a collection agency with an $18 service fee. Terrible business practices - won't go back.
