I’ve been working with Kate for over a year, she has given advice to reduce my stress binge levels, to reduce my calorie intake and find new ways to look at the content of meals that are better for me, in he long run. She redirects me, even when I don’t follow her advice. I’ve been struggling with weight loss issues for many years, I needed her guidance to help me get back on track.
