Kathy is the most educated individual when it comes to medication management. She has an incredible ability to tweak medication, and evaluate what is needed. We have seen her for the past 3 years. We also understand that her rating is completely inaccurate. She only accepts cash and mostly works in the evening, although she has a secretary who is present in the mornings. Kathie is very patient and kind, but her receptionist is another story. You're required to pay cash for all visits outside of EAP, which is not disclosed to you when making your appointment. After paying cash, my visit was never submitted to my insurance company so that it could be applied towards my deductible. So basically, the receptionist just took my money... she is very rude. My mom (Amy) works here and she has some attitude issues but that didnt stop cathy from helping me controll my adhd I would recommend this place if amy was more calm.
