Kathi Rosenberger is an excellent realtor that worked with us through every step of the process to purchading not one but two properties in upstate South Carolina. Kathi was amazing and was our rock during this entire process she not only handled the sale of the house but managed to work with multiple maintenance companies to ensure everything was up to standard before the sale and was a huge help especially while I was deployed. 10/10 will be using her services again
