if it were possible to hack into facebook and change the rating system so i could leave 1000 stars for kathi rich, i would do it. alas, i am not computer savvy enough, so 5 stars will have to do. I have never met ANYONE more attentive, helpful, and all around thoughtful than the style powerhouse that is Kathi and George.
