What a horrendous experience. House listed for rent and sale, we applied as renters and were told “no buyers have been interested”. Katheryn kept requiring our personal information to be resent to her (as opposed to just looking at our already submitted applications) and then drafted a lease for us after stating “you have been accepted!” but misspells my name in the lease.
