Where do i begin. It all started April 15th i went to the hospital with s G.I issue. There was an ambi referral for a G.I FOLLOW up put in the day i checked out of the hospital.My follow up with cathy norman was a few day's later. We talked about my G.I issues plus my ongoing struggles with bad spinal arthritis as well. 1st mistake that was made, cathy put in a referral to ortho spine instead of pain management, so i had to do a bunch of phone calls to correct that error.
