Very poor customer service from reception possibly Asian We enquired about the having our Ford Everest checked for a fan issue when we’re arriving in 2 days time and still had 5000k still to travel down the west coast We were asked if we were travellers and said yes from there the conversation pivoted 360 and told no way we could fit you in in the near future No options given or possible dates just see you later. What a complete shit show. They seriously need better customer service agents who actually know what they’re doing, understand what they’re telling customers, and stick to their commitments. I rescheduled my booking from last Thursday to this Thursday, but somehow the service representative completely messed it up and changed it to the following Tuesday instead.
