Dr. Loui and Dr James are very caring doctors who can speak multiple languages! Consultations are always full of details and care from their heart. I’ve had two frustrating visits to this clinic, both due to the same receptionist’s lack of professionalism. On my first visit, I arrived on time but was made to wait nearly two hours because she had incorrectly booked me in the wrong time slot. No apology, no explanation—just a long, unnecessary delay. Horrible customer service on the phone
I was a new patient for Dr James Chong today. He was very good to me and kind and explained things simply for me.
I'm truly disappointed to be writing this review, especially after being a loyal patient at this clinic for over 15 years. The doctors here have always been exceptional — kind, patient, and genuinely caring. It's heartbreaking that such a great medical team is let down by the behavior of one of their front desk staff.
