My child had to go to picture retake because the company photoshopped her freckles off. They also used the wrong background color for her photos. I tried to reach out about her pictures and I got a generic response back. They didn’t read my message or they would have responded appropriately. I just received my child’s retake pictures and am even more upset. While they didn’t photoshop her this time they took no pride in the work.
