Katherine holds this space with so much acceptance and easy calm, it was a simple thing for me to trust in her guidance and relax. Usually preferring a Vinyasa yoga practice, I was looking for something to help me stop and unwind after a big week. Kathrines Restorative Yoga Retreat was just what I needed. Thank you Katherine!
