Rude staffing and she can't even keep good up to date records can't contact patience about appointments I highly recommend don't go thru her ever
Kate is wonderful! She listens and is attentive. I had an ongoing medical issue that no doctor was interested in solving, she had me fixed and I have only been her patient for a month! Thanks Kate!
Dr. Samburg is very rude, and not helpful! She made assumptions without checking with me on cost of treatment, she spoke negatively of my insurance, and was not pleasant or helpful when I asked her for help! And gave no other options or spoke about other medications instead. Then I receive a “fire patient letter” in the mail which I made the decision to leave her anyways but thought that was pretty ballsy of her instead of offering to make things right with me. I don’t recommend her to anyone!!
I love Kate. She always has time for me and listens to my concerns. I feel as if she wants to be your healthcare partner which is what I want and need.
