I don't know why Dr. Carroll and her office made me wait weeks for an appointment before canceling it on me without my consent. I literally told them over the phone that I have more things to talk to the doctor about and please not to cancel my appointment but they still canceled it. Then when I went to make another appointment later they didn't have any available appointments for many months later (close to a year) even though my previous appointment was already canceled on me.
