This doctor is the most amazing doctor I have ever met. She literally wants to find every way possible to alleviate my pain. Not just with medication but with lifestyle and alternatives. She takes time and care with every visit.
Dr. Bencze is awesome, I have been a patient for many years and she was the only person to diagnose me and treat me.
Dr. Bencze was kind and compassionate to my husband and I. She was patient and went over all of my past and present medical history before making a diagnosis. Dr. Bencze was more than happy to answer all questions and took the time to explain everything in detail. She is the best doctor I have ever met with and her office staff is very polite. I would recommend Dr. Bencze to anyone looking for a Neurologist.
Dr. Bencze reviews notes from previous visits and always reviews them with me ensuring she covers all aspects of my well being. She is always compassionate and caring. She asks about my personal, work and social history to make sure she has a good understanding of my history. She has recognized when I need additional help just by talking with me. I have recommended her numerous times and will continue to do so.
I have not visited Dr Bencze, but I was googling my name & found it amazing that we share the same name except that my first name is spelled with a C & not a K. Caterina is my first name & my last name is Bencze .
This doctor does not care about you as a patient. She does an assessment and asks you a few questions and that is it. Asked her about how we go about having a medical form filled out for my mother and instead of explaining it she became extremely irritated and said that's going to cost you money and you need to go talk to the secretary. She walked out of the room and I could hear her complaining to the woman at the front desk about us. I will never bring my mother here again.
She is AMAZING!!! She spent so much time trying to understand all of the complexities of my mom's different issues. Asked TONS of questions, and all of the doctors she referred us to have been amazing. We sincerely appreciate the time, effort and energy she put into our appointments with her!!
Katherine Bencze should be the poster doctor for personal care. She is stern with the things you need to do to keep healthy. In addition, she is so caring and compassionate. A great sense of humor and makes things seem not as scary. Never rushes you, so you get the answers you need. She is absolutely the most thorough doctor I have come across. I am so grateful that she is my doctor. Her staff is also very nice.
Very thorough,and compassionate. Dr. Bencze is warm, friendly and very easy to communicate with. I would highly recommend her.
