Love her Amazing communication and knowledge
Love Dr.Whittaker! She’s always so friendly and takes the time to listen and help with any concerns I may have. If I have any questions, I’m able to send a message online and she gets right back to me the same day.
BEYOND frustrated with this physician's office. Every time I call to speak with the billing or insurance department regarding a bill I received, an automated machine picks up and says to try your call again later and simply hangs up on you. When I have left my information with receptionists for a call back, I have received nothing and this has gone on for several days. I have never seen such a poorly run facility and my issue has not been resolved.
Dr. Whittaker is an exceptional physician, often going above and beyond to listen to her patients and help them find a solution. I'd be lost without her medical advice!
