Dr. Putz has been one of the best urgent care doctors I have ever seen. She did thorough check on the health condition and spent time with patient discussing on the issue, potential progress and best solutions. I don’t feel rushed at all and feel relieved walking out of the clinics. Highly recommended.
I had a fantastic experience seeing Dr.Putz today. Despite the difficulty of COVID 19 surge she managed everything perfectly and really listened to my complaints. She is very efficient but I never feel like she's putting me on the back burner. She circled back to me at the end of the day to explain some lab result which is a level of care I did not expect from urgent care! Fantastic experience and will recommend to friend and family. 5/5.
Dr Putz stopped my nasty. Nosebleed by taking progressive steps while staying calm and outlining what was coming next. She made it ride out just fine until I saw the ent doc a few weeks after. I am lucky she was on duty that fateful day.
Dr. Putz was great! She was super kind and caring, but also treated me quickly and effectively -- while clearly explaining the issue and options I had for treating the infection. I also really enjoyed talking with her during the few minutes of waiting.
