Excellent experience very thorough, and thoroughly explained my situation in very sincere in diagnosis!
Dr. Paul was great, her front desk staff and the x-ray tech were great but the staff member who answers the phone is defensive, short and must no be happy in her job. Her tone and poor customer service made me feel like i inconvenienced her because I called to ask a question. My interaction with the staff was better this appointment i will say compared to my first one because if it wasn't i wouldn't habe been back at no fault of rhe actual doctor just the other staff i encountered.

If you have a prosthetic and need an orthopedic to get a new prescription or get a revised surgery I definitely would recommend Dr katherine Paul she is probably one of thhe nicest sincere doctors I've ever met lake regional is lucky to have her
