After calling 3 days in a row, in pain and either asking for antibiotics or an appt, finally on Friday I was told to call my primary physician. The last time I talked with Dr. Nguyen she told me to just call her if I had a flare up and she would prescribe me the meds I need. I am very disappointed and feel like this is very unprofessional.

Terrible about getting your test results back to you. First test came back normal so there wasn’t even any follow up even though I still had pain. Left more than several messages and was finally called back. Each test took 4 business days and 5 business days to get results back. They still have not posted bloodwork results from first visit more than a month ago.
