I have severe chronic migraines and fibromyalgia - Katie is an absolute lifesaver! Her myofacial trigger point therapy is magical. She truly seems connected with each part she's working on, really in tune with what is needed and what will help. She is friendly, clearly talented, and creates an atmosphere of peace and healing mixed with jokes and joy. I absolutely recommend her!!
FANTASTIC experience with Katherine every time!! I've tried so many massage therapists, and with all my heart, I recommend her! In just a few visits, she has released so many trigger points on back/hip/thigh pain that I've had for years. She really knows what she's doing, she's kind, and educational. I went to Kate for my very first massage, and I have no regrets. Her space welcomed me in with its calming sound, lighting, and scent.
