I have had hundreds of massages in my life and Kathryn is the best I have experienced. She is excellent at getting tension out of muscles while providing a soft back firm a massage. I have been to chiropractors and physical therapy for years for back and neck pain and she has done wonders for my pain. I would highly recommend her.
Katherine worked with me to identify specific causes for my trouble areas. After that, she put together a plan of attack and went to work. I've been more than pleased with the results of her massage therapy and wouldn't hesitate to recommend her!
