Brought our 16 year old daughter in today and Dr Marks did not even examine her. Prescribed a bunch of topical creams and maybe said two words. Assumed with no examination and prescribed medicine with zero medical opinion as to the cause? No bedside manors and 110% should not be working in healthcare where she has to speak to patients. We will find our healthcare elsewhere and I suggest anyone reading to consider as well. I’m sorry I didn’t look at her reviews before going or we would not have gone.
So glad we found a new dermatologist after dealing with this horrible place! I will never take my daughter back to Dr.Marks. She has no bedside manner at all and is horrible with children. She didn’t even review her chart before walking into the room! Had she done that, she would have known to be a little more thorough considering my daughter had almost stage 3 melanoma !
Very attentive and took the time to answer all of my questions/concerns about my daughter. I was impressed by Dr. Marks and the resident following her - highly recommend.
