Dr. Pederson always goes above and beyond to help. I couldn't ask for a better doctor.
Update: office manager helped us resolve the issue to our satisfaction. Probably issue with the Ascension call/appointment system overall that still need to be significantly improved. ****They gave us an appointment and then cancelled it the day of the appointment saying that we were misinformed and the doctor doesn’t take new patients.
