Dr. Brown, is an inteligent, capable woman, she is knowledgeable and has the kindness and paatience for your comfort, as well as answering any questions that may come to mind. Im blessed to have her as my Audiologist.
I recently had a hearing test with Dr. Katie Brown, and then bought some new hearing aids through her. She was friendly, helpful (answered ALL my questions), and thorough. I highly recommend her.
The Dr. herself is nice enough....however the staff is completely incompetent. Verifying a appointment on a WED. then when I arrive they tell me that it was TUES. and they tried calling twice but my phone was not WORKING....BS.....BS. Phone and answering machine works just fine. Took three weeks just to get an appointment to fit a hearing aid that was paid for by the VA. Maybe they just don't care about our veterans but PLEASE for all veterans find someone else. Medical expertise questionable.
