Prepped for a procedure and was not told until I showed up that the procedure was canceled. Later, for another procedure I was left sitting in the waiting area for 2 hours before being told there was an emergency and were preparing a bed in pre-op and to give them another half hour. Over an hour later I walked out and called the office. Asked the receptionist to inform Dr Rinard/staff to work on their communication. Did not receive a return call, a re-schedule or an apology. Very disappointed in their lack of consideration.
Visit was accomplished in an professional, knowledgeable, respectful, courteous, timely manner.
Excellent doctor and excellent staff.
I was nervous about my vasectomy but Katherine and her team made the experience comfortable and easy from start to finish I would 10/10 recommend anyone to use Dr.Rinard
