They got their money, but they sure didn't do anything to help me with my case! My phone calls weren't returned. The paralegal assigned to me was absolutely useless. My case would still be unresolved if I hadn't stepped up and started talking care of things myself. I'm still waiting for a return call from the person who could explain to me what, exactly, I paid them to do. I adamantly DO NOT RECOMMEND this firm!
Absolute horrible law firm. They do not return calls, you are not a priority to them. For 2 weeks i have left messages for Amy the paralegal and still have yet to hear from them. Everyone should feel important and you definitely wont with them!!!!
TERRIBLE.. ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE.. There are so many other attorneys out there, use one of them, DO NOT USE KATHERINE L. NIVEN & ASSOCIATES. It will be the worst decision of your life and trust me from experience, you do not want to make that mistake like I did. Let me save you from the Hassel of dealing with their bullcrap by asking you to press the back button and call a different attorney, any attorney, just not these guys... They are beyond despicable..
