Katherine has been a perfect fit for me. She addresses my needs specifically, and as other reviewers have mentioned, she is not at all judgmental. And she gives me useful tips and tools. I have lost several pounds, despite going through a really stressful move. Even better, she was willing to work with me on my copay when it got increased. I enjoy our sessions, and would/have recommend Katherine to anyone.

Katherine's approach is very compassionate, and her plans are very intelligently presented. I did not feel self piteous, I always felt like I could go my own speed, yet also have a caring guide with helpful advice to keep me on my path to my goal. I have had nutrition treatments with others in the profession who have always made me feel rushed and shamed when I didn't always do everything they requested or they made plans for me that I didn't like.
