Dr.Kottas has the nicest, most accommodating staff ever & does great work. Her receptionist , Charlene , went above and beyond in assisting an older parent of mine with their appointment when they forgot their cell phone at home and I was driving them to and from the appmt. Charlene offered to help escort my parent to the car & made sure to text / call with updates along the way to help make coordinating the rides smoother…. I rarely write a review, but here I am 1,700 miles from St. Paul on the phone to make an appointment with Dr. Kotas because there is no better dentist. I live in Portland, OR now, but used to work at the public radio station in downtown St. Paul and Dr. Kotas was my dentist. I can't seem to find anyone else who I trust as much. She remembers details about the lives of her patients, she is reachable on cell in an emergency, her staff are kind and attentive and her office is at the top of a gorgeous building offering fantastic... read more
