This was the perfect way to correspond without having to time out of the day for a physical appointment Or a video appointment. A couple of messages she was quick to respond great experience.
E-visits are so convenient. I always receive a prompt and informative response. Katie Martin was able to treat my sinus infection and provide additional care information. Very pleased.
I had a bad experience to say the least. Would not be doing this again. Didn’t get help or the medication I needed but they made sure they charged my insurance. Now I ll be going to urgent care to get treatment. Really upset about it.
