EXTREMELY Rushed & she speaks so quickly it’s hard to even understand her. An annual appointment, a whole body scan in no more than 5 minutes. Waste of time in my opinion. I’ve been her patient for 10 years (each year seems more rushed) that I’ve decided to find another dermatologist. I’ve heard same feedback from other patients too.

You were always in such a rush when assessing my father’s skin. He told me it always seemed like you had somewhere else to be, moving much too fast over his skin during your so called assessments . A melanoma on his left back metastasized to his lung and pleura causing irreparable damage. He religiously saw you each year and you missed it. Katherine Ayers, I blame solely for your gross incompetence.

I was an established patient of Dr. Ayers, she had no availability for a routine check, so I scheduled an appointment for 6 months out. I get it - since Covid it has become relatively standard to wait a long time for routine care. 1 month prior to my scheduled appointment, her office canceled it saying she had "a family emergency". Look it up: an emergency is a PRESENT TENSE situation - not something that occurs in the future.
