Negative 10 stars. --- made an appointment and I told them my insurance. They made it. The morning of I get a phone call saying they dont take my insurance. I was In the emergency room twice waiting for this appointment. I got charged 250. Just to walk in and get a 10 min appointment to stay on the emergency drugs they gave me. complete waste of time and money. Psa dont trust when they say they take your insurance. Good way for them to make extra cash I get.
I cannot get ahold of this office. Dr.Naber is my Dr. but no answer and no phone calls back . I need her to put an order in for a mammogram and NOBODY will answer the phone here. What is going on?
I moved and needed a new PCP. Dr Naber seemed like a fair choice and was close to home. I have met with her once for a "new patient" appointment and she seemed fine to work with, but I didn't have any concerns to address with my visit. The reason for my rating is because I can never reach them by phone. Within the last month or so, I have called multiple times (over 10 at least) to secure an appointment, and it rang and went to voicemail each time.
